Ballina Kids Fitness is an inclusive program and provides fitness classes to tikes, kids, youth in Upper Coomera, Gold Coast, QLD.
The program develops skill building and developing good habits when the participants are cognitively and physically ready to take on more information.
Ballina Kids Fitness is an inclusive fitness program for kids of all abilities and was launched January 2020. We develop the core components of fitness agility, balance, speed, strength, core stability, and mobility, through fitness activities and fitness games.
Providing kids an environment where they can participate and achieve when they are ready is so important for their growth and development. Many kids don’t fit main stream sports, but still want to be active. Other kids get overwhelmed, and allowing them to take their time, watch, learn, have a go, or take some time out allows them to engage in a program in a positive way.
Our instructor Briana has taught swimming to infants to adults for over 27 years in Perth WA, USA, London, Ballina NSW and the Gold Coast QLD. She has taught martial arts and kids fitness in Perth and Ballina.
