Ballina Kids Fitness is launching January 2020 at The Richmond Room in Ballina

Ballina Kids Fitness classes:

  • Fit Tots & Parent ( 2-4 years)
  • Fit Kids 1 (4-7 years)
  • Fit Kids 2 (8-11 years)
  • Fit Youth (12 Years +)

Fit Tots & Parent

Fit Tots classes specialise in training physical literacy and functional movement patterns. Classes combine fitness fundamentals, agility, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, stamina, speed, power, martial arts basics, stranger danger, and fitness games whilst having fun. Each class will have a different theme to bring Fitness alive and capture the imagination of our young audience. Parents will participate and provide encouragement for their child. Classes will have 2-4-year-olds together. Grouping children of similar physical, emotional and cognitive development. Fit Tots classes run for 3o minutes

Fit Kids 1 (4-7-year-olds)

Fit Kids 1 classes specialise in training physical literacy and functional movement patterns. Classes combine fitness fundamentals, agility, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, stamina, speed, power, martial arts basics, stranger danger, and fitness games whilst having fun. Each class will have a different theme to bring Fitness alive and capture the imagination of our young audience. Grouping children of similar physical, emotional and cognitive development. Classes run for 45 minutes

Fit Kids 2 (8-11 years)

Fit Kids 2 classes specialise in training physical literacy and functional movement patterns. Classes combine fitness fundamentals, agility, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, stamina, speed, power, martial arts basics, stranger danger, and fitness games whilst having fun.Skills transfer to all aspects of life and to all other sports your child may participate in. Classes will emphasize every one is different and to empower each child to progress when they are ready, thus creating a greater understanding of body awareness. Fit kids 2 cover skills individually and then work together in a team situation. Classes run for 45 minutes

Fit Youth (12 years+)

Fit Youth classes specialise in training physical literacy and functional movement patterns. Classes combine fitness fundamentals, agility, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, stamina, speed, power, martial arts basics, stranger danger, and fitness games whilst having fun. Skills transfer to all aspects of life and to all other sports your child may participate in. They will start to develop positive body images and learn how to move their bodies to be efficient and develop correct technique over time. Fit Youth will cover skills individually and then work together in a team situation. Classes run for 45 minutes
